After receiving an official nomination, we will contact each nominated student and provide all information about the application procedure."

Acceptance
If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance sent to your e-mail address.

Language Knowledge
B1/B2 in English - University ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ requires language level B1, B2 in English. (The level depends on the Erasmus agreement between the institutions.)
Housing
University ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ has a dormitory available for Students for reduced rate. You don't need to contact the Hostel Magister. The list of students accepted to the dormitory will be sent 2-4 weeks before your arrival. - Magister Dormitory: 2x2 people room: 54,000 HUF, 2 people room: 56,000 HUF
Visa Requirements
Health Insurance
All exchange students from the European Union need to have their European Health Insurance Card with them as it will be valid during their stay in Hungary.
All non-European Union exchange students must have valid Health Insurance that is in accordance with the requirements of visa application.
Grading System
The Hungarian system of assessment consists of a five-point grading scale. These are as follows:
- Excellent (5)
- Good (4)
- Satisfactory (3)
- Pass (2)
- Fail (1)
One academic year consists of two terms (autumn & spring semesters) which can be further divided into 3 further periods such as registration, term-time (lecture period), and exam period.
- Registration: the student can finalize his/her schedule, enroll for the upcoming term, and take part in orientation days.
- Duration of the registration: 1 week
- Duration of the term-time: 14 weeks
- Duration of the exam-time: 6 weeks (at least 28 working days)"
