This day will remain especially memorable for our University, as our student Kristóf Rasovszky performed fantastically in the 10 km open water swimming event at the Paris Olympics. He was in the lead from the very first metres and led confidently for most of the race, winning the Olympic title with a fantastic finish. The other Hungarian competitor - Dávid Betlehem, also from the Balaton Swimming Club in Veszprém, also performed outstandingly, finishing third on the podium with a great swim. This fantastic success was cheered on by the citizens of the University ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥, who had the opportunity to do so in the fan zone in the Pannon CommunityHub.

On 21 June, the University ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ bid farewell to its foreign students, who will soon officially receive their degrees, at a Degree Party in the lobby. The event was a memorable and moving occasion for both the students and the University, as another academic term came to an end and the students successfully achieved their goals.
Currently, 273 foreign students from 65 countries study at the University ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥. This diverse and international student community enriches the cultural life of the institution and contributes to the international reputation of the University. This year, 34 foreign students have completed their studies and joined the ranks of graduates.
These students have come a long way over the years. Far away from their homeland, family and friends, they have faced enormous challenges to get the degree they want. They have not only gained professional knowledge, but also valuable international experience. Within the walls of the university, they not only focused on their studies, but also made friends, experienced new cultures and gained life-changing experiences.
We wish you every success in the future, be it in your studies, your professional career or your personal life.
